Prophets are declaring that as His manifested presence increases, healing and miracles will break out. The candidates for spontaneous miracles will be those that express the desire for it. He wants you to pray for it.
Start Asking
Recently I was reminded of a dream I had several years ago. Set in an old-school gymnasium, an ordinary woman not known as a minister was about to speak to a large crowd. She had barely taken the platform when a large fireball suddenly whooshed across the space overhead and landed high on a concrete end-wall.
As one, the crowd turned and watched in amazement as the fireball fused to the wall. Molten bits of material dripped from it to the wooden floor below. Astonishingly, no damage occurred to either surface! A hush settled over the crowd. All eyes turned back to the woman to see what would happen next. Without question—an atmosphere for miracles had been set.
I understood this dream spoke of a time yet to come. As the woman had clearly been ordinary, what had she done to create such an atmosphere? At that time the Lord identified two simple things. First—the woman prayed and asked God to show up. Then—she simply believed that He would!
Friends, the time in my dream has arrived—now is the time for miracles! Prophets are declaring that as His manifested presence increases, healing and miracles will break out. The candidates for spontaneous miracles will be those that express the desire for it. He wants you to pray for it—it won’t be like a reward for who has the most people or outward signs of success. Their lips will be moving—like Hannah when she poured out her heart to the Lord (1 Sam. 1:13).
It’s like the Lord is saying, “Start asking… talk to Me!”
There’ll Be A Passion For Peace
Several days before occultists first began calling for targeted global witchcraft against Donald Trump, I heard the Lord say that He’s “stepping it up” with displays of “raw power” and was repeatedly directed to 1 Kings 18. This chapter contains the account of Elijah’s showdown with the prophets of Baal. Elijah challenged them to “… call on your gods, and I will call on the name of the Lord; and the God who answers by fire; He is God” (v. 24).
A similar type of atmosphere now exists in our nation. There’s a spirit of deception that keeps people deceived, but it feels like people are desperate for truth. As we believe that heaven rules, there’s a “truth forecast”—God’s building an army of reformers across the earth ready to stand for truth!
Rebellion looses witchcraft (1 Sam. 15:22-23). One obvious example of recent rebellion is Madonna’s expressed desire to blow up the White House a day after Trump’s inauguration. More subtle examples include the defiance of those asserting that Trump’s “not my president.” This category includes believers, which the Lord does not take lightly. (See Num. 16.)
I recently had an intriguing dream which gave some insight. The setting was a house the Lord uses to illustrate His church and I was vacuuming to “clean house.” The first thing I noticed was something vile on top of a bed, which the residents did not seem to notice.
Then, in an adjoining room I saw two separate pythons. In yet another room I saw a skunk. As the dream ended I heard, “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Tim. 2:15, KJV).
The Lord revealed the disgusting mess on the bed spoke of eyesight—the people were unable to see it and had not glorified God for what He was doing. I felt I represented the prophets/prophetic—those with the spirit of Elijah rightly dividing the word of truth (1 Kings 19:18).
Pythons are associated with divination and witchcraft. The Greek term used for divination is “python” and means “to twist.” (See Acts 16:16-24.) A python is a large muscular snake that twists itself around its prey until killing it by suffocation. It’s interesting there’s an expression, “twisting the truth” which means to alter to give a false or unnatural picture or account, to distort the facts. And scripture associates skunks with desolation and confusion, certainly conditions produced by divination. (See Isa. 34:11, MSG and NKJV.)
The Lord showed me that there’ll be a passion for peace. A principal meaning for peace is “a state of national tranquility” (Strong’s NT 1515). As these reformers stand for truth they will be used by the Lord to bring a spirit of peace to the nation! (See Isa. 32:16-17.)
There Is The Sound Of Abundance Of Rain
Also from 1 Kings 18, I’ve been hearing the drought is over and “there’s the sound of abundance of rain” (vs. 41-46). While certain regions have recently experienced heavy literal rains, I believe an important application of this is spiritual.
Many of the Lord’s faithful are about to see the fulfillment of so many promises and dreams. For them it’s a season of suddenlies and open doors—of great promotion, upgrades and advancement. Like Nehemiah, they’ve allowed God to position them, and in spite of opposition they’ll see increased favor to accomplish their vision.
On a national level, the Lord showed me a picture of Donald Trump using his own money to decorate his presidential office. I felt it illustrated how this man had a vision from God for this nation and he’s executing it at great personal cost.
Through re-covenant the Lord wants to establish something between heaven and earth; I see it like a metal connecting rod. For some, it will mean healing from chronic conditions, especially related to debt and health. Some will be given a plan to get out of debt, while others will be the “middle man,” helping get people free from debt. (See 2 Kings 4:1-7.) We will also see restoration of formative years—from abuse, trauma and rejection. It’s a season of new wine and new oil.
A photographer must capture a special moment—a window that’s all about the light and certain conditions. In a spiritual sense, we must “come up higher” to capture this special moment. From this window we’ll see it’s a time for miracles, not fear.
Fear comes from lack of understanding… Pray for the Lord to reveal Himself to your heart!
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in His holy people, and His incomparably great power for us who believe… (Eph. 1:18-19, NIV)
